Phoenix to Play Barclays Center

BROOKLYN (April 1, 2013) – Phoenix, with special guest The Vaccines, will play Barclays Center on October 2 at 8pm. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 5 at 10am. and can be purchased online via Ticketmaster by visiting www.barclayscenter.com or www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center, located at 620 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, starting Monday, April 8 at 10am. (if still available).

Phoenix will release its fifth album, Bankrupt!, on April 22 in the UK/Europe and April 23 in the U.S. on Loyaute/Glassnote Records. Bankrupt! is the incredible follow up to 2009’s critically lauded Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, which won the band the Grammy for Best Alternative Album, and has since been certified Gold. Bankrupt! was co-produced by the band – Thomas Mars (vocals), Laurent Brancowitz (guitar), Christian Mazzalai (guitar), and Deck D’Arcy (bass) – and producer Philippe Zdar.
