NATIONALLY RANKED DUKE, VIRGINIA, VILLANOVA, AND MICHIGAN HEADLINE 2014-15 COLLEGE BASKETBALL SCHEDULE AT BARCLAYS CENTER

BROOKLYN (November 11, 2014) –Six of the nation’s Top 25 ranked college basketball teams from the Associated Press preseason poll will headline an impressive season of BROOKLYN HOOPS™ at Barclays Center, including last season’s ACC tournament runner-up Duke (No. 4) and champion Virginia (No. 9), Big East regular season champion Villanova (No.  12), Big 12 tournament champion Iowa State (No. 14), Atlantic 10 powerhouse VCU (No. 15), and Big 10 regular season champion Michigan (No.  24).

The first event tips off on Monday, November 21 when Stanford faces UNLV at 7 p.m, followed by Duke vs. Temple, as part of Coaches vs. Cancer Classic. Other tournament highlights include Barclays Center Classic, presented by Continental Tire, on Nov. 28 and 29 featuring Virginia, Rutgers, Vanderbilt, and La Salle and the Atlantic 10 Men’s Championship on March 11-15, 2015. Approximately half of the games at Barclays Center will be nationally televised by major networks including ESPN, NBCSN, CBS, CBS Sports Network, truTV, and FOX Sports 1.
