MARCO FABOZZI NAMED DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS AT BARCLAYS CENTER
Apr 11, 2014BROOKLYN (April 11, 2014) – Marco Fabozzi has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Barclays Center. He will oversee the culinary experience at the venue, including its critically acclaimed BrooklynTaste™ program, which features selections from 55 popular Brooklyn restaurants and vendors. Levy Restaurants is the food and beverage partner of Barclays Center.
Fabozzi joins Barclays Center after 12 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he most recently served as the Senior Director of Food and Beverage at the Hyatt Regency in St. Louis, which consistently held top standings in Guest Customer Service metrics and food quality. Prior to St. Louis, Fabozzi was the Food and Beverage Director at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson and oversaw its award-winning culinary and hospitality team. A Manhattan native, Fabozzi began his career in food-service operations with Grand Hyatt New York.

Fabozzi holds an Executive Certification in Food and Beverage from the American Hotel and Lodging Association, the most prestigious certification available to a food and beverage executive. A graduate of Lafayette College, Fabozzi will receive his M.B.A. from the University of Missouri next month.
