Islanders to Host Marvel Super Hero Day at Barclays Center on Saturday, February 9

BROOKLYN – The New York Islanders will host their second Marvel Super Hero Day on Saturday, February 9 in a matchup against the Colorado Avalanche at Barclays Center at 1 p.m.

 

Doors open for the game at noon, and the first 5,000 fans in attendance will receive a Captain America bobblehead. Commemorative Islanders-themed Captain America bobbleheads will also be available exclusively with the purchase of a special ticket package.

 

Marvel Super Hero Day will be embraced throughout the venue with special in-game entertainment and giveaways. Marvel characters, including Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther and Spider-Man, will also be on the arena concourse to take photos with fans.
