BARCLAYS CENTER TO HOST THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION FOR BROOKLYN STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES

BROOKLYN (November 13, 2013) – Barclays Center will host a Thanksgiving celebration for Brooklyn students and their parents, guardians and mentors in the 40/40 CLUB & Restaurant by American Express TOMORROW, Thursday, November 14, from 4–6 p.m.

The event will feature a Thanksgiving-themed meal before guests enjoy the performance of Disney On Ice presents Let’s Celebrate! Students participating in the event are from Project Mentor Development Council and Put Down the Guns Foundation (P.S. 161 chapter).

At the event, families will have the opportunity to meet some very special Disney friends, the Brooklynettes, Brooklyn Nets Super Hero BrooklyKnight, and the LIU Brooklyn Blackbird. Guests in attendance will receive gift bags with Nets merchandise. Disney On Ice presents Let’s Celebrate! runs through November 17.
